What we do for you:
We will liase with you at all stages to make sure we capture what the client wants on the day. We will of course add our own input of "what works" from our experiences.
Our teams will arrive before delegates to make sure site is safe and earmark positions for cameras and sound equipment.
Our team for DVD production usually includes 2 or 3 Camera Ops (plus additional fixed cam if requested for audience reaction) and Sound Recordist as minimum crew
Remote wireless microphones available for better sound recording quality where guests or delegates on the floor speak (during questions etc)
Interview delegates for testimonial infoclips and feedback on their conference experience
Full editing, using multicam facilities
DVD authoring to develop an interactive DVD master
On-body artwork supplied and full colour DVD sleeve
2 Master DVD copies supplied
For bulk duplication requirements up to 500 we use a dedicated duplication house, who will offer best rates on a wide variety of possible delivery packages.
Streaming-ready video files supplied, WMV,flash etc.
