Justin was recorded showcasing some of his songs while supporting Hal Ketchum.
Following the success of his previous two albums, singer/songwriter Justin McGurk has just released his most ambitious work yet: The Other Side. This richly textured and tightly honed album demonstrates Justin’s song writing ability and is undoubtedly his most mature and compelling work to date.
The Other Side was conceived in the summer of 2005 when Justin performed at the prestigious C.M.A. Global Artist Showcase event in Nashville Tennessee (sharing the stage with such high profile artists as Keith Urban, Alan Jackson, Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers). With the interest that his music generated Justin returned to Nashville in 2006, teaming up with Kris Bergnes (Garth Brooks & Tim McGraw) and Josh Kear (American Idol winner Carrie Underwood, Jimmy Buffett & Lynard Skynard) to pen the album
